Help with golf with hypnotherapy oxford

Hypnotist Oxford - Professional Hypnotherapy

"Golf is a game of inches; the 6 inches between your ears"
Arnold Palmer

Since the age of 13, Tiger Woods has worked with his mental coach, Jay Brunza. Brunza hypnotises Woods to block out distractions and focus completely on the golf course. Tiger doesn't hit bunkers or obstacles because in his mental images, they don't exist.

• Become Relaxed and Focused for every shot
• Eliminate negative thought patterns
• Learn how powerful Visualisation can be
• Stay in the zone

When a professional golfer or competent amateur plays a fantastic round of golf they have entered a mild hypnotic state. Every shot is almost perfect, confidence is sky high and they are in the zone. During this state of focus the shots played are coming from the subconscious.

Years of practice have been stored as a motor action then released without the conscious minds negative interference. I can train a sportsman to enter this focused state at will. The focus and confidence created will increase both the enjoyment and skill in the mind sport of golf.

Other Sports

I can help with Football, Snooker, Darts, Weightlifting, Karate, Judo, Athletics, Sailing, Archery, Cricket, Tennis, Badminton, Canoeing, Rowing, Rugby…..almost all sports. All Sport people will use some sort of psychology to aid their activities. What I can provide just makes it so much easier. Nearly all sport psychology books will state that mental training is very, very important. With the techniques that I use the mental training becomes vivid, easy to do and memorable.

Team Sports

My training is both quick and short. There is no chance of physical or mental damage and is therefore ideally suited to team sports. High team coordination sports such as Rowing and Rugby will benefit hugely from working as a team with me. In fact all sports where teamwork and morale are so important need to look at ways of improving the subconscious interactions that each team member experiences.

Every Professional Football Manager and Player will always talk about concentration, focus and confidence. These are all matters of the mind. It makes great sense to ensure that every footballer has trained both physically and mentally for every match. There is more to mental training than the manager giving a half time talk or an end of match rollicking.

The difference between winning and losing is in your mind. Be a winner.

"strange feeling of invincibility"

“It was a type of euphoria; I felt that I could run all day without tiring, that I could dribble through any of their team or all of them, that I could almost pass through them physically.

I felt I could not be hurt, it was a strange feeling and one I had not felt before.
Perhaps it was merely confidence, but I have felt confident many times without that strange feeling of invincibility.”
