Stress Management
Stress occurs at many levels. From boredom and frustration to work
pressure and financial difficulties.
It is becoming increasingly accepted that stress affects our quality
of life and health.
So much so that the government is bringing in
legislation to force employers to set up stress management practices.
Conventional methods to manage stress do help. Exercise, a good diet
and plenty of sleep are very helpful.
Best working practices such as prioritisation and managing your time
do make sense but there are a lot of gaps in those words of wisdom.
Why do some people cope with the stresses of life and others crumble?
You would love to get a good night sleep but are too worried. Bosses
can also be under pressure and this may give you little opportunity
to take control of your work.
Hypnosis and ultimately Self-Hypnosis work. If you can overcome the
hurdle of doubt and suspicion generated by stage hypnotists then you
can utilise a perfectly normal and healing state of the mind. Many
successful people such as Einstein, Churchill and Steven Spielberg
used hypnosis to help them.
Excess worrying, anxiety and self-doubt must ultimately come from
our subconscious. Nobody wants this baggage of emotions so it can
be quite reasonably stated that the subconscious must be behind it.
Hypnosis can be used to reprogram our subconscious to help us cope
calmly with lifes difficulties.

Life Enhancing Experience
Our fight or flight instinct to stress is not always useful in today's
society so positive reprogramming to deal with our modern lifestyle
maybe necessary. Should your levels of stress be so high that you
can hardly remember being calm and relaxed then it is likely there
is stress rooted deeply in your subconscious. For this we would use
hypno-analysis for a real life enhancing experience.
